Literally meaning "the most wanted", Vinos Más Buscados is a collection of wines grown and nurtured in the Southern half of Spain, mainly in the area known as La Mancha.
Centelleo wines are made entirely from free run juice and fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks and then matured on fine lees until bottling. The resulting wines show unparalleled freshness and aromatics compared to many similarly priced wines from around the world.
We select low yielding vineyards and ripe fruit to create a wine suitable for any occasion.
The vineyards are closely monitored so grapes are picked at their best and the state of the art winery is well equipped with the most modern winemaking machinery to create fantastic wines. Stainless steel tanks for fermentation, cold stabilisation and bottled to order to retain freshness and vibrancy.
Tasting Note:
Spain's most famous grape variety, Tempranillo, is full of juicy bramble and cherry fruits with a hint of spice on the nose while the palate displays soft rounded tannins. This red is supple and succulent with a juicy finish.
Food Matches: Great on its own or with grilled lamb cutlets, mild curries or casseroles.
