50% Pinot Noir (a part of which is vinified as red wine), 40% Chardonnay et 10% Meunier. This blended rosé champagne includes 20 to 25% of reserve wines in order to preserve a constant quality. This cuvée has a minimum ageing time of 3 years in cellars.
Tasting Note
The Brut Rosé reveals a pretty salmon pink colour. The nose expresses notes of red fruits. The palate, full of elegance, is smooth and fruity.
Food and wine pairings: This gourmet champagne is the perfect accompaniment to desserts based on red fruits such as a raspberry macaroon. Don’t hesitate to dip the inevitable pink biscuit of Reims in it.
The unexpected pairing : to try with sushi and sashimi.
