80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Beautiful garnet red color. Soft aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, cherries, and red currants. Fine spicy impressions accompany the beautifully integrated fruit. A hint of cedar and cocoa complete the palate. Deliciously soft and balanced mouthfeel. Velvety and long finish.

The maritime climate of Saint-Émilion ensures relatively warm winters with regular rainfall and not too hot summers with little precipitation.
The vineyards are located on the renowned northwestern plateau of Saint-Émilion, 1 km from the historic village. The soils consist of clay-limestone and clay-gravel. The vineyards are organically farmed with certification starting from 2021.
Hand harvesting and strict selection. Fermentation per plot in a blend of stainless steel and concrete tanks (temperature controlled). Cold maceration. The wine then further matures in a blend of new barrels, barrels with one-year-old wine, large wooden casks, and amphorae to achieve as complete a result as possible. Then the final blend is made and bottled.
