A blend of light straw with a vibrant green edge. The La Boheme Act One Riesling is minerally, exotic, floral and stone fruit. The wine produces quite exotic, textural & aromatic wines with good natural acidity and an ability to balance slightly higher sugar levels. Textural, dry and mouthwatering, elegant and Germanic. Lovely sweet sherbet fruit balanced by minerally acidity.
