Jacques Abet a doctor by profession and winemaker by passion, this family owned estate from the eighteenth century started by Jacques grandmother Berthe, who managed the estate for six decades, through two world wars. this winery is now, managed by Jacques and his wife Colette near Limoux, at the heart of "Cathar Country"

Tasting Notes:
A beautiful, sombre wine with an expressively fruity bouquet and a hint of spice and Mediterranean herbs that herald in a smooth, creamy palate with velvety tannins.
