The Esporão Estate is one of the largest and oldest domains in the Alentejo region, lead by flying winemaker David Baverstock. The exceptional climatic conditions; good light, hot sun, humid Atlantic breezes from the Northwest and the unique xistous and volcanic soils, constitute the origins for the outstanding wines of Esporão.
Tasting Note: 89 points in Wine Enthusiast Magazine - Crystal clear, straw colour with green tones. Rich and complex aromas with fruity notes of peach and tangerine and subtle barrel toast. Creamy, well balanced palate, good depth of ripe fruit but with elegance and minerality, finishes long and fresh.
