Since 1980, the Hahn family have cultivated their hillside vineyards in Monterey County which they purchased when they realised the land was destined for greater things than grazing cattle, sheep and horses. Today, Hahn Winery remains committed to crafting rich, supple wines which consistently over deliver on quality. Tasting Note: Fruit forward bouquet of cherry, blackberry, and cinnamon are followed by a juicy palate rich with flavors of black plum, earthy cedar, dried blueberry, and fragrant herbs. A soft and slightly tart finish with velvety supple tannins leave you immediately wanting another sip.
Food Matches: Fabulous on its own but matches extremely well with BBQ meat, chilli, beef roast, game and strong cheese.
