The history of wine making in the Leitz family goes back to 1744. Although, Johannes Leitz is internationally successful, he keeps himself deeply connected to his roots and his home land.
Tasting Note:
A clean fresh Rosé which is pale and with a nose of strawberries and pale raspberries. There is slight hints of Citrus and fresh grapefruit with an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and very ling - If not drinking this is packed full of flavour and will really impress. It is 100% Pinot Noir and it pairs beautifully with salads or Scallops.
