Albariño wine (“alba-reen-yo”) is a delightfully refreshing coastal white that grows on the Iberian Peninsula. It’s loved for its rich stone fruit flavors, a hint of salinity, and zippy acidity. Excellent quality and Value and ideal accompaniment to seafood and shellfish fresh from the sea.

Tasting Notes:
For the palate, expect notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, pear and even a hint of beeswax. With a bit of bottle ageing, those delicious fruity flavours develop into sweeter notes of peach and apricot, and sometimes more complex notes of nuts and almond will appear.
Food Pairing: Albariño is an absolute perfect wine match to fresh seafood – serve it chilled with the best kai moana dishes on offer. Grilled fish, calamari, oysters, mussels, clams or an antipasto platter.
