Method and Madness Rye and Malt

The latest release in the Method and Madness range, distilled at the micro-distillery in Midleton under Distiller Katherine Condon. The Method & Madness Rye and Malt is an innovative mash bill of 60% Rye to 40% Malted Barley. This whiskey is double distilled and bottled at 46%.

Nose:  Lemon balm, floral lavender & clove spice
Palate:  White pepper, chili flakes, toasted wood
Finish: Fading fruits, lingering spice, notes of cereal malt and barley
