Over the years, the di Camillo family bought more and more vineyards in the best areas around Poggiofiorito. Paolo di Camillo skillfully combines tradition with the most modern technologies, which gives him his charming wines with the unbeatable price-quality ratio. Paolo is the fourth generation of the now 100 years old winery Di Camillo Vini, which offers absolutely excellent wines!

Now Sara his daughter, also works with him in the winery and What began as a small winery with a few wines has grown into a real top-class estate over the four generations. 

Tasting Note: 

Passerina is a largely unknown grape variety.  It is a fresh wine, with simple clean, elegant fruit with crisp minerality. If you like your Albarino, Chablis or Picpoul  you will love this wine. It is a steal of a wine at the price point and will become one of your new favourites, as it has ours!
