The estate, immersed in the Castelli Romani, in the Frascati DOCG area, is the heart of the production of Principe Pallavicini wines.
Among vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, seventeenth-century farmhouses and Roman caves we will be able to appreciate all the phases of the production of fine wines that once filled the glasses of the Vatican.
This is a wonderful warming and spicy blend of red grapes that will remind you of Chianti but with more body and flavour than most, this is a real find.
Tasting Note:
Principe Pallavicini Roma Rosso is a wine with wonderful vibrant acidity followed by a core dark autumnal fruits. The finish is really warming and smooth.
