Dark chestnut colour that is intense, clean and bright. Extraordinarily aromatic nose with notes of old wood from lengthy ageing in century barrels. Exuberant palate, vibrant with subtle, perfumed and very well-balanced notes of acetic acid.

Made with premium wines of the traditional blend used for sparkling wines in the Penedès region, from the Can Fontanals estate.
