Description
This citrussy and floral unaged rum was produced from sugar cane juice in the traditional column stills used in Dominican rum. What sets this rum apart from the norm is the high ABV of 57%, which is highly unusual for rum from the Dominican Republic. It's a beautiful, contemplative sipper and makes a truly transcendent daiquiri.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Acetone, hints of white pepper and dried flowers. Lots of citrus peel with heavy notes of grapefruit.

Palate: Citrus forward – lots of lemon peel. Marzipan and somewhat floral with hints of lavender. Oily and smooth mouthfeel with long dry finish.
