Stillgarden's version of an Espresso Martini. Using spent coffee grinds from Boom Coffee Inchicore we create a vacuum distilled spent coffee vodka using our rotovap. This is then blended with our own house made cold brew to create a perfect balance of flavours. Tonka Beans syrup is then added to compliment the robust flavours of the coffee with a sweet richness to create this unique take on the classic Espresso Martini.
• Keep chilled, to serve, do not shake the bottle • Pour 70ml into shaker with ice • Shake well to achieve a frothy head • Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with coffee bean
