Mr Jennings Cox, an American engineer created this cocktail in 1898 in the town of Daiquiri, Cuba.
Simply shake 125ml with ice, strain into a glass, and hey presto, it's Daiquiri time.
50cl (4 x 125ml serves) at 14.9% ABV
