Traditionally made with egg white, our recipe uses an egg white substitute to ensure it can be enjoyed by everyone.
For the perfect drink
1: Pour in a shaker or jar with ice
2: Shake vigorously then strain the ice
3: Pour in a martini glass and serve with a lemon zest
50cl (4 x 125ml serves) at 14.9% ABV
