Three classic Italian red wines, Barolo, Montepulciano and Chianti, beautifully presented in a wooden gift box with protective wood wool. The perfect gift for the Italian wine lover in your life!

Cascina Adelaide, 4 Vigne Barolo 2017
The would-be "king of wines" is famed around the world for it's unique, almost ethereal bouquet coupled with its ability to match the wonderful foods of the region. Concentrated grapes, carefully vinified then aged in oak for 30 months results in a perfumed yet robust wine with crisp, floral, red fruited character. The wine SINGS of nebbiolo...a perfect marriage of the classic crus that provide the fruit and a modern approach to the winemaking that takes advantage of their new, state-of-the-art facility. Cascina owns an enviable stable of top Barolo crus, like Preda, Bussia, Cannubi, and Fossati. These lots are blended together to make the 4 Vigne, separately from their single-cru bottlings.

Tenute del Pojo Imperium Riserva Montepulciano 2019
This is a spectacular wine, with all the depth and weight expected of a flagship wine from Di Camillo. This is the top wine from the estate, and it offers great value as well. Intense, with spice and leather notes, with pure rich generous fruit. It is vinified in the traditional way, then aged for 18 months in small casks and left to rest in bottle for 7 months before release.

Banfi Chianti Superiore 2021
Maceration with the skins for 8 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by pressing and fermentation. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged for 4 to 5 months in barriques followed by extended bottle aging. This wine begins with a very nice aroma of black cherry, plum, a little baking spice, a little earth and some nice floral notes. Tasting the wine reveals plum, oak , liquorice and a bit of spice .A nice dense and velvety texture and some dusty tannins
